Our partner, Leitat Technological Center, is representing the BIOSYSMO Project at the ISPTS-2024 Conference, held in Chania, Crete, from September 14 – 19, 2024. This event brings together experts in thermal spraying and surface technologies to explore innovative solutions for global challenges.
Leitat, in collaboration with ICCRAM from the University of Burgos, is focusing on the ecotoxicological evaluation of remediation technologies. This work is part of both the BIOSYSMO Project and the GREENER Project under Horizon 2020, aiming to develop more sustainable approaches to soil and water remediation.
Their participation highlights the importance of ensuring that new technologies are both effective and environmentally safe. By contributing to ISPTS-2024, Leitat and ICCRAM are helping advance sustainable solutions that can support the health of ecosystems.
