The ALL4BIOREM Cluster recently held a coordination meeting bringing together representatives from MIBIREM, NYMPHE, BIOSYSMO, SYMBIOREM, EDAPHOS, ISLANDR, pHYBi, IASIS, BIOREM, and the InBioSoil – LIFE project. The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for partners to align on upcoming activities, exchange experiences, and strengthen collaboration across projects working on soil and environmental bioremediation.
Discussions focused on planning future joint actions and identifying areas where closer cooperation can enhance impact. A key item on the agenda was the preparation of the Bioremid 2026 Workshop, including initial planning steps, thematic focus, and opportunities for joint visibility.
Partners also shared reflections and lessons learned from recent events, including the Ecomondo and European Soil Mission conferences, highlighting emerging trends, policy developments, and opportunities for increased cluster engagement. Additional discussions addressed the development of common cluster materials and promotional items to support coordinated outreach at upcoming events.
The meeting further covered topics related to project continuity and synergies, including the LIFE MySoil and LIFE InBioSoil initiatives, as well as approaches to data integration and knowledge sharing across projects. Updates were also exchanged on the formation of a new Mission Soil cluster, alongside discussions on strengthening collaboration through the SoilCommunity Platform, which aims to facilitate interaction and cooperation among soil-related initiatives.
The meeting concluded with a shared understanding of next steps and priorities, reinforcing the value of regular coordination within the ALL4BIOREM Cluster.
We would like to thank all participants for their active engagement, constructive input, and collaborative spirit.
