The BIOSYSMO Project is pleased to announce its participation in BioRemid 2026 – the 4th International Meeting on New Strategies in Bioremediation and Restoration Processes, which will take place in Florence, Italy, from 23 to 26 June 2026.
BioRemid 2026 will bring together researchers, environmental professionals, policymakers, industry representatives, and EU-funded projects working in the field of bioremediation and ecosystem restoration. The conference aims to provide a platform for exchanging scientific knowledge, presenting innovative technologies, and discussing practical approaches for addressing soil and water contamination challenges.
The event programme will cover a wide range of topics related to nature-based remediation strategies, microbial and biotechnological solutions, sustainable restoration processes, and emerging environmental challenges. Through presentations, workshops, and networking sessions, participants will have the opportunity to explore the latest developments shaping the future of environmental remediation.
As part of the conference activities, the ALL4BIOREM Cluster workshop, taking place on 24 June, will offer a dedicated space for collaboration and discussion among sister projects and stakeholders involved in bioremediation research and innovation. The workshop will highlight ongoing efforts to strengthen synergies across European initiatives and promote integrated solutions for healthier ecosystems.
